This Rosé is made from Old vine Grenache grown on the banks for the Bremer River in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. It is elegant and vibrant with a brilliant pink hue from very little time on skins. The lovely lifted floral fruit characteristics of Grenache along with time spend on lees for mid palate texture allow this wine to partner perfectly with salmon and garlicky Australia cuisine.

This spectacular Shiraz displays a dense inky core and carries intense aromas of dark plum, ripe black cherries and liquorice, complemented by some fennel, smoky vanillin cedar and spice. Off 60 and 45 year old vines the full bodied and vivid texture is accompanied by very polished tannins. Drink now but also capable of aging for between 5 and 10 year
