'Scar Tree' Shiraz
Tagai Shiraz is our flagship wine. It is made with a particular style in mind rather than any reliance on a specified vineyard or parcel of fruit. That said, all the fruit comes from the same vineyard. Every year a selection is made from small batches of wine, made separately, which are blended together to showcase a unique Langhorne Creek style of Shiraz.
The wine style is less reliant on power, impact, alcohol and oak. Instead a strong focus is on primary Shiraz fruit flavours using unique nuances in flavour and aroma that each vintage provides. Aiming for spice and ripeness and most of all complexity. We hope you will agree!
